David Mander

David Mander is a respected Retail and Restaurant Specialist in the Central Florida area. A long time resident, his knowledge of the area and it’s history contributes to his expertise in this market. David has years of business experience as a former restaurant owner and operator. As an entrepreneur, he created a concept from scratch and went on to win several awards for excellence including “Best New Restaurant in Seminole County” in 2013.  David’s focus includes, Tenant representation, Landlord representation, and Investor representation in the retail sector of Commercial Real Estate.

Mr. Mander holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida. A veteran of our military, he served in the U.S. Navy for over 7 years and was deployed overseas earning several medals and accommodations including the Navy Achievement Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal..

In his spare time, David likes to play music and regularly performs around Central Florida. He holds a Sport Pilot certificate and flies single engine planes regularly around the state on a quest to find the best burger.

Mr. Mander is a member of the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR), and is a member of the Massimo Elite CRE group of national Commercial Real Estate brokers.
