Jeff Gindi

Jeff Gindi has been a licensed real estate broker since 1981. Jeff “cut his teeth” in the commercial brokerage business as an office leasing specialist in midtown Manhattan (N.Y.C.).

Upon relocating to Central Florida in 1985, Jeff continued to Broker Commercial Real Estate. His expertise now runs the gamut of commercial including:

Jeff has handled a portfolio of Industrial Properties beginning with DSJ Realty, the dominant force in Orlando Brokerage in the mid 1980’s. After that, Commercial Site Selectors convinced Jeff to join their team to handle their empire of Wal-Mart anchored strip centers. When the two retail centers principals split apart, Jeff parlayed the assignment of the Goodman family portfolio as director of the retail leasing for Main Street Investments. Jeff handled the leasing of over 2 million SF, of Central Florida Retail product. Jeff’s affiliation with Duke properties and Colliers Arnold has solidified his reputation, a few salient deals include:

  • Landlord Rep for 2224 Hazlehurst (104,000 SF)
  • Securing a long-term lease with International Paper
  • Tenant Rep for Control Laser Corporation’s build to suit 85,000 SF for the Orlando Headquarters
  • Sale of 7575 Holden Avenue (100,000 SF on 11 Acres) for City Beverages to Boise Cascade Co. (Anheuser-Busch Distributor)

For the past decade, Gindi has been responsible for exclusively leasing the industrial portfolio of the Williams Company. This portfolio encompasses 500,000+ Square Feet of Warehouse, Flex, and Office Space primarily in the Northwest Orlando (Silverstar) Corridor.
