About
David Mander is a restaurant and retail specialist living in Orlando, Florida.
An alumni of the Massimo CRE Elite Coaching program, David has years of business experience as a restaurant/bar owner and operator. As an entrepreneur, he created a concept from scratch and went on to win several awards for excellence including “Best New Restaurant in Seminole County” in 2013.
David’s focus includes commercial property sales and leasing, business sales, and investor representation in the Central Florida area.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida. A veteran of our Military, he served in the U.S. Navy for over 7 years and was deployed overseas earning several medals and accommodations including the Navy Achievement Medal.
David’s hobbies include playing music, piloting small planes, and day trading options and futures. David is a member of the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR) and International Council of Shopping Centers. He also is an active member of the Milk District of Orlando Economic Development Committee.
